What makes this home truly special is its rich history. Originally an 800-square-foot cabin built for miners at the Stibnite Gold Project during the 1940s and 1950s, this property was once part of a vital community supporting the U.S. war efforts. Stibnite was a key producer of gold, antimony, and tungsten—strategic metals essential for World War II.

Although it’s been expanded and renovated, the house retains its original bones—quirky, many repurposed items, uneven floors and all! In 2019, visionary entrepreneurs took this historical gem and stripped it down to the timber studs, giving it new life with modern comforts like updated plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and custom cabinetry, while preserving its character and charm.
